The staff were well-trained and customer service-oriented. The housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. Complimentary cookies were offered upon arrival, and the reasonable conference parking rate was appreciated. The hotel's location was ideal for accessing the airport.
The hotel may not be suitable for seniors or those with mobility issues due to its spread-out layout and lack of luggage carts. The directions given at check-in were confusing, and some amenities were missing, such as a walk-in shower and USB port.
